Commercial Mold Remediation

What is the proper humidity level?  Humidity or dampness in the air can supply enough moisture for mold growth.  Indoor relative humidity (RH) should be kept below 60 percent - ideally between 30 percent and 50 percent, if possible.

Mold generally does not grow in cold environments.  Warm , humid condition are ideal for mold growth.  Most molds need temperature of 70 degrees Fahrenheit or more to grow.  Air conditioners t regulate the temperature of your house can help prevent mold growth.
