3 Month Old Fire Damage

This fellowship hall had a fire at Christmas. SERVPRO of Northeast Delta Lands was called in March. Heavy smoke affected all areas. We cleaned cabinets (interior and exterior), appliances, ceilings, walls, floors, contents and bathrooms. 

• Consult a professional about replacing drywall and insulation that has been soaked by water from fire hoses. It can not be dried out and maintain structural integrity or resistance to mold and mildew.
• Pots, pans, flatware, etc., should be washed with soapy water, rinsed and then polished.

Restoration costs increase and damages escalate when the cleaning process is extended. By hastening the hiring process and using an IICRC certified technician, owners  will be rewarded by having the damage stopped so repairs can begin.
