Water Damage Tear Out
Once a water damage has happened and you have called the professionals, the first choice is to try and restore as much as possible. However, there are times when the materials are affected and cannot be dried or have been damaged so severely that they will need to be removed.
This home had exterior walls wet which had insulation and had to be removed. The floors had been damaged to a point that removal was necessary. The sub-floor of this home was also wet and had to be dried from both the top and the bottom, this is done with what we call a "dragon".
